The new clinic will be an extension of the clinic which was previously in Thembisa.
Pop INN offers free sexual health services to the LGBTQI+ community.

According to the site manager, sister Mapaseka Mabena, the clinic in Thembisa was the only clinic servicing focus groups from around the Ekurhuleni region.
“After three years of existence in Ekurhuleni, we have moved from our clinic in Winnie Mandela, Thembisa to Kempton Park, because of the distance the clinic was from our clients.
“As the Aurum Institute and the Pop INN Clinic, we had to consider a place that was more central to all our clients and Kempton Park was a more suitable area for us instead of being at the far end of Thembisa.”
Mabena said although the clinic has moved, there is still an enrolled nurse in Winnie Mandela Section for clients around Thembisa.
