Local officers hit the streets for O Kae Molao
“Operation O Kae Molao is a crime prevention operation, which was founded by our provincial commissioner Major General Elias Mawela in the fight against crime in Gauteng."
Officers from Kempton Park SAPS joined patrollers for operation O Kae Molao in Kempton Park on May 25.

Sergeant Dipuo Ditshego said the focus of the operation was stop and searches, drug enforcement, second-hand goods and liquor compliance, and monitoring of crime hotspots in the area.
“Operation O Kae Molao is a crime prevention operation, which was founded by our provincial commissioner Major General Elias Mawela in the fight against crime in Gauteng,” said Ditshego.
She added that the purpose of operation O Kae Molao is to work hand in hand with different law enforcement units to hopefully curb crime.
Ditshego said that operation O Kae Molao is important because it sends a strong message that police are committed to protecting their community.
