WATCH: Hattingh case postponed to November 26

During her appearance today, her matter was postponed to November 26 so that her defence could finalise their submission of representation.

Murder accused, Denise Hattingh appeared in the Kempton Park Regional Court on November 11 and again today, November 14, 2024.

On November 11, Hattingh’s lawyer was called out of court forcing a postponement to November 14.

During her appearance today, her matter was postponed to November 26 so that her defence could finalise their submission of representation.

The court also heard that the state had completed its investigation against Hattingh.

She was remanded in custody until her next appearance.

Hattingh is accused of killing 29-year-old Markus Greeff on May 15 at a property on West Street in Pomona.

Hattingh was arrested on May 16 after police issued a lookout for her in connection with Greeff’s murder the previous night.
