Ndlovu and former colleague back in court over conspiracy charges

Convicted serial killer and former police officer Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu appeared in the Kempton Park Regional Court on 1 October, facing conspiracy to commit murder alongside her former colleague Nomsa Mudau.

The case was postponed to October 21 to allow the accused’s legal representatives time to attend to family matters.

Earlier, on June 5, the case had been postponed to accommodate a Section 174 application.

Ndlovu, formerly stationed at Tembisa Police Station, and Mudau, who served at Norkem Park Police Station, are accused of conspiring to kill Mudau’s ex-husband, Justice Mudau.
