Kempton Park murder case postponed for further investigation

Thabani Goodwill Ntshalintshali remains in custody and will spend Christmas behind bars after being denied bail.

Thabani Goodwill Ntshalintshali appeared in the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court (Regional Court) on December 5.

The matter, previously postponed for further investigation during bail proceedings, was again postponed, this time to January 30, for further investigation.

Ntshalintshali is accused of murdering Ekurhuleni’s group divisional head for corporate and forensic audits, Mpho Mafole, on June 30 in Kempton Park.

He was denied bail during his appearance on November 14.

The court awaits confirmation on whether the matter will proceed in the Kempton Park Regional Court or be transferred to the High Court.
