Letter: local resident praises Thembisa Licensing Hub

EDITOR – My friend and I went to the Thembisa Licensing Hub on July 5 to renew my driver’s licence.

Starting at the reception the two women were friendly and so helpful. Being a pensioner I was taken to a waiting room.

Five minutes passed and then I was taken for my photo and information to be captured.

My last stop was to the cashier Malebana to do my payment.

I was very impressed with the service and the staff, the building was spotless and well organised.
