Emperors Palace supports local school on Mandela Day.

To honour the legacy of former President Nelson Mandela, staff of Emperors Palace visited Shukumani Primary School to deliver much needed school uniforms and stationary to learners on Mandela Day, July 18.

Here Palace of Dreams #WinningTeam member Busi Tshabalala (right) presents one of the learners, Ndumiso Mdluli, his pack of goodies while the school’s HOD of the intermediate phase, Julia Shili (left), assists. After visiting Shukumani, the team went onto Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurshi.

On July 18, Emperors Palace staff visited Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurship School of Specialisation with a focus on hospitality and tourism where they helped establish a mock reception area and training restaurant and bar with furniture and accessories donated by the Palace of Dreams. After everything had been set up, it was time for the ceremonial ribbon cutting to open these facilities.
