All proceeds made on the day will be pushed back into the community by erecting NPR cameras.

The Bonaero Park and Denel CPF Sector 6 recently held their annual Christmas market.

Residents and children waited in anticipation for Father Christmas to arrive in his helicopter.

“We started driving around in Bonaero Park and decided to meet at a central point. This year is our second year with vendors.

“The main purpose of the event was to bring joy and excitement to the children of Bonaero Park and to keep the Christmas spirit alive,” said Viljoen.

Christmas came early for the children when they met Father Christmas while being treated to entertainment like face painting, balloon artists, a petting zoo and jumping castles.

The children also had a colouring competition.
