Curro cyclist shines at various cycling events

Grobbler now looks forward to taking part in the school series race at Primeview on April 20.

Curro Serengeti cyclist Bella Grobbler experienced a memorable Easter weekend when she raced in the SA XCC event.

Lara de Castro, Curro Serengeti school marketing manager, said Grobbler finished fourth overall nationally.

Bella went on the represent Gauteng in the SA XCO Cup on March 30 and finished third.

On March 31, she competed in her first SA Enduro event.

During the event, she fell twice and snapped her chain but still finished second in the Enduro Light category.

Grobbler competed against cyclists from all nine provinces and neighbouring countries in all three events and her results were remarkable.

Grobbler now looks forward to taking part in the school series race at Primeview on April 20.
