EMPD recovers stolen vehicle in Thembisa

EMPD officers from the Bronberg Specialised Unit recovered a stolen bronze Toyota Conquest on Phumalula Street at Mqanza Section on July 24.

“The officers were on patrol when they received information about a motor vehicle reported stolen in Thembisa.

“Following up the information, the officers went to Phumalula Street where, on their arrival, they noticed the vehicle abandoned next to the road,” said EMPD spokesperson Superintendent Marie Mashishi.

“Although no arrest has been made yet, a case of stolen motor vehicle has been registered at the Rabasotho Police Station,” she said.
