SA Guide Dogs Association to participate in Ride Joburg event
SA Guide Dogs Association will participate in the Virgin Active 947 Joburg this year and the association urges people to register and join Team Guide Dogs.

The SA Guide Dogs Association for the Blind has announced it participation in the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg 2024.
The event will take place on November 17 at the FNB Stadium.
In the spirit of Leap Year, the association invites the public to join Team Guide Dogs and make a significant difference in the lives of visually impaired people in South Africa.

Every day, the SA Guide Dogs Association empowers individuals to take leaps of faith, whether it’s their clients placing trust in the guide dogs, embracing newfound independence with a white cane, or donors investing in their mission.
Each action represents a leap towards a brighter, more inclusive future.
By participating in the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg alongside Team Guide Dogs, you will directly contribute to the training of more assistance dogs for the visually impaired and physically disabled, as well as the purchase of essential assistive devices.
Every pedal stroke and donation will help transform lives and fulfil aspirations.
