Kempton police highlight problematic crimes in CBD
Residents were encouraged to report any illegal activities including corruption by police officers.
Kempton Park SAPS station commander Brigadier Lindani Ndlovu recently held a meeting at the Kempton Park Civic Centre to outline problematic crimes in Sector 3 which affects shoppers in the Kempton Park CBD.
Kempton Park SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Dipuo Ditshego said during the meeting residents raised issues such as corruption by officers and SAPS response times.

The communities were encouraged to report any illegal activities done by the police and help SAPS to root out any form of corruption.
Ditshego said the residents were also told to work hand in hand to combat and fight crime in this area.
Safety tips were shared with residents who attended the event.
