FTC Modderfontein will host Joburg’s hottest night out on November 1.
Night Drills presented by FTC Modderfontein are a great opportunity for children and adults to see professional and volunteer firefighters in action as they tackle the intense heat and flames of a huge training fire on the centre’s hot zone.
The event is family-friendly and this month’s showcase includes an LPG gas safety demonstration before the main event.

Gates to FTC’s premises will open at 16:30.
A variety of food will be on sale throughout the event and youngsters can jump up one of the Dennis fire engines for a ride around Modderfontein.
The main event light up is expected to take place around 19:30.
Fire engine rides are on a first come, first served basis at R25 per person.
Those wanting to attend are asked to bring along camp chairs.
FTC Modderfontein is located at the fire training grounds on Ardeer Road.
