Kempton Park CPF Sector 2 hosts market day
SAPS, along with the Youth Desk, participated in the event. Several security companies, including Hlasela Tactical, SecPros, HiMax Security, and AfriForum were present.
The Kempton Park CPF Sector 2wo recently hosted its inaugural market day at the Avion Golf Club.
Izelle van den Berg, the event organiser, explained they held the market to raise funds for the CPF Sector 2 team.
“With the funds, they will equip the patrollers with the necessary attire to ensure their safety while on patrol,” she said.

The event had participation from SAPS and Youth Desk, along with several security companies, including Hlasela Tactical, SecPros, HiMax Security and AfriForum.
Van den Berg shared her excitement about the event’s success and expressed plans to host more fundraising activities in 2025.
“This was our first market, and we advertised it across all social media platforms.
“We hosted a variety of stalls, and I am very pleased with the outcome. The community genuinely enjoyed the day with us,” she said.
“We would like to thank the community for their unwavering support of our event. It means so much to us,” she added.
