The City of Ekurhuleni’s technicians will be conducting refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades at the Isando Substation in Kempton Park from Friday, April 18 at 08:00 until Thursday, April 24 at 21:00.

Work will be carried out continuously during this period.

As a result, a power interruption will affect customers in the Isando industrial area.

Affected areas include:

• Quality Road

• Diesel Road

• Monteer Road

• Power Road

• Tungsten Road

• Lathe Street

• Girder Street

• Foundry Road

• Anvil Road

• Electron Road

• Isando Service Road

• Surrounding areas

The City apologises for any inconvenience caused and urges residents and businesses to treat all electrical networks as live while work is in progress.
