Faith-filled women’s event inspires unity and healing in Aston Manor
A powerful message of healing and purpose was shared at a Shekinah Glory women’s event in Kempton Park, where women gathered for worship, prayer, and fellowship.
Women from across Kempton Park and beyond gathered at the Full Gospel Church in Aston Manor on May 24 for a powerful and Spirit-led women’s event hosted by Shekinah Glory, a ministry dedicated to helping women find their worth in God.
The movement began humbly in a small prayer room, where the Lord stirred hearts and cast a vision for more, a space where women could gather, worship freely, and be ministered to in a way that draws them into a deeper relationship with their Heavenly Father.
Event organiser Maria Furstenberg described the gathering as “blissful” and said the women who attended created an atmosphere filled with the Holy Spirit.

“The event was a beautiful display of unity and spiritual hunger.
“Women from various churches joined hands and hearts in worship, led by a passionate team that created an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moved gently but powerfully,” Furstenberg shared.
Guest speaker Elvira Joubert, from Crowned International in Heidelberg, delivered a life-giving message under the theme, “Where living water flows, new life springs forth.”
Her words reminded attendees that, regardless of their past or pain, restoration and purpose are found in Christ.
At the heart of Shekinah Glory is a simple yet profound mission: to support, uplift, and lead women into a deeper intimacy with God.

The ministry believes that when women understand their identity and worth in Christ, they become unstoppable vessels of love, healing, and transformation in their families, churches, and communities.

Furstenberg added that gatherings like this are opportunities for personal growth and for people to discover their true calling.
“If you share the same longing for revival in Kempton Park, Shekinah Glory invites you to join them.
“They host a breakfast fellowship with a message of hope every second Monday of the month and offer two Bible study sessions on the first and third Monday of each month.

“These gatherings are a place to grow, be equipped, and discover your unique calling, then pay it forward as salt and light to a world in need,” she said.
The church welcomes anyone longing for a deeper connection with God, those in need of encouragement, or simply seeking a sense of community.
