Each resident enjoyed a delicious lunch, choosing between a refreshing cold drink or a comforting hot beverage. Laughter, stories, and shared memories created moments that will be cherished for years to come.
The day was made even sweeter with a beautifully prepared cake, and each resident received a small biscuit pack to take home, a simple gesture that brought immense delight.
“This was truly a heartwarming experience,” said Rene Els from NG Kruin, who, along with Alta Visser, coordinated the logistics.
“Seeing the smiles on our residents’ faces and knowing they felt cared for makes every effort worthwhile. It’s all about their joy and dignity.”
The organisers thanked the senior management of Spur Corporation, Monique and the team at Chatoga Spur Kempton Park, for welcoming the group warmly and serving with such heart, as well as Gavin and Melissa from The Serve To Grow Foundation, whose dedication made this day possible.
