Kempton Park Scouts call for sponsors to support young Cub Scouts

Sponsorships cover fees, uniforms, and activities to ensure no child misses out on the programme’s opportunities.

Residents are invited to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people by becoming a Cub Scout sponsor.

Each year, Kempton Park Scouts welcomes enthusiastic boys and girls eager to learn new skills, build character, and serve their community.

However, not every family can afford the registration and annual fees, uniforms, or activity costs required to participate in the programme.

Residents and businesses can help ensure financial barriers do not prevent a child from growing, learning, and belonging.

By sponsoring a Cub Scout, you give youngsters the opportunity to achieve their dreams.

Fees and costs:
• Annual fees: R250 per month for 10 months (R2 500 total)
• Investiture fees (scarf, badges, ceremony): R255
• Uniform subsidy (socks, hat, shirt, belt): R245
Sponsors will be recognised at club events, in the community newsletter, and on social media. For more information, email kemptonparkscouts@gmail.com or contact Adele on 081 234 2342.
