EMPD promotes safety awareness at Mega Mart Mall

The EMPD’s Social Crime Prevention Unit engaged shoppers with safety tips and urged the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity during a mall outreach on January 27.

The EMPD’s Social Crime Prevention Unit conducted a safety awareness campaign at Mega Mart Mall in Thembisa on January 27.

The campaign aimed to educate shoppers about staying safe in their surroundings. EMPD officers distributed pamphlets and engaged with members of the public, sharing practical safety tips and encouraging vigilance while shopping.
