Man offers help – for free

'This will take my mind off the fact that I am now the disadvantaged'

NICO BEZUIDENHOUT writes:

Let’s make the reader warm up to me by starting with a joke:

47-year-old white male – qualified in poultry equipment and warehousing – looking for a job!

Yes, this is a joke in our South Africa!

After searching for over two years now and still not even an interview, I decided to make myself available to either help people or do something for them.

As the most interesting newspaper in Kempton Park, I am sure you do get requests for help or assistance. Please let me know if you do have any requests like these. I will gladly make myself available – for free.

Just please take into consideration that I have no car (bank wanted it back), am suffering from various injuries (due to very bad bike accident) and will have to walk to the person or place requiring the help.

But help I will.

This will take my mind off the fact that I am now the “disadvantaged”.

I look forward to hearing from you.
