Hello mess, goodbye McDonald’s

We read in the paper that a decision has been taken to close that eyesore in Norkem next to McDonald’s.

Well, we wonder when. It’s becoming progressively worse. Rubbish on the pavements, over the road and vagrants everywhere.

Today there was even left overs of a bakkie. Why should we have to endure this embarrassing mess? It’s awful when your guests point out the dreadful mess up the street from where you live.

Doesn’t look good for the area. Perhaps the powers that be should take a trip here and imagine their entrance to their suburb looking like this?

How does McDonald’s cope with this mess? I know my kids and I will certainly not go there any more because of the situation there.
