I was at the UIF office for the hundredth time. My money was suppose to have been payed in by January, but it has not been paid in yet.
On January 6, I returned once again back to make enquiries as to why the money was not paid in. I was told to stand in the queue again, which would take about, give or take, five hours and if you are not helped by 1pm they cannot assist you with payment enquiries.
If you ask to see someone at the back offices i.e. management, they are never available or on leave.
Can someone please tell me, do they want to pay the people? If they don’t, they must tell us beforehand.
I will be waiting for an answer.
