Grass already growing in dumped tar

This is how the so-called municipal civil engineers fixed the road in Elder Street, Edleen after years of maintenance neglect.

The sub-standard maintenance of the roads blends in nicely with the mess they have left behind on the pavements and inside the public park.

It has been lying there for months now, if one bases your elapsed time estimate on the grass that has already grown through the solid type of waste dumped right in front of the properties of neat, law-abiding and tax-paying citizens.

This municipality is a disgrace to the citizens of Kempton Park, to put it mildly.
