The service at Ekurhuleni stinks
They are rude and cannot get rid of you soon enough

I sold a vehicle on November 28, 2015. The man paid for it, but wanted his sister to register it in her name.
The sister has no licence. He was going to drive it to improve their income. What a battle to hand in the change of ownership forms at the licensing department.
On day one we were 15th from the front and eventually spoke to a woman. She was rude to me, asking me why I was accompanying the purchaser.
I did not leave, trying to assist the purchaser. She was then asked to complete an ANR form. That was done. She was then told to come back in two weeks. Then they told her yet again to fill in another form. Then she had to go away to fetch a letter from a driving school.
We did everything they asked for. No luck. We tried once more on April 20, just to be told we had to go to Tshwane Licence Department because the vehicle was registered there.
We went there. No need to tell you the difference in treatment and service. We knew what to do and what a pleasure to be finished at long last.
The service at Ekurhuleni stinks. They are rude and cannot get rid of you soon enough, no respect for the elderly.
If you ask a question they say you are undermining them instead of helping you.
