CHRISTIAN Kivuvu writes:
On behalf of the Congolese community, I would like to acknowledge and thank Kempton EXPRESS for the great service given to the readers through its articles.
The paper published two articles about our brother, Joel Kabongo, who was found hanging from a tree on CR Swart Drive, opposite the court and police station, on August 31.
Also read:
• Homeless man hangs himself next to court
• Suicide is one of the top killers in SA
• SA teens in crisis – one in five commit suicide
These articles helped us trace our brother’s body to the Forensic Pathology Services in Germiston.
We would also like to thank in particular the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo, our pastors and all the members of our Congolese community in Kempton.
Let us forever stick together and be one so we may always be a strong and powerful community.
Joel Kabongo was buried on November 5 at Waterfall Cemetery in Midrand.
