May I commend Norkem Park SAPS for the handling of my gun licence renewal.
A friendly woman in a neat office explained the procedure and gave forms and advice. The officer in the charge office was quick and helpful to certify my documents and called for assistance from the back office when the queue became too long.
The front office was also washed and tidied while I was there.
I today went to hand my forms in. What a pleasure. A competent female sergeant assisted me with the minimum of fuss and maximum competence.
I was in and out in a jiffy. And the height of luxury was the hand cleaner ready after fingerprints were taken and a convenient tap and clean tissue paper to dry off. Very different from my previous renewals at other stations.
