My reason for publishing this letter is to thank Carol Carelse at Ekurhuleni Kempton Park for her enthusiasm and the manner in which she treats customers and colleagues. She has the ability to motivate the public and is significant in her company.
I have experienced that respect is earned and when customers approach Carol she will acknowledge them with a smile and explain the procedures to the best of her ability. She is a dedicated and loyal employee.
