Normally when we read about our municipality it is always about complaints.
Today I would like to give a special thanks to one super lady working there, Catrine Mahlane.
She assists with the electricity side, normally dealing with customers who had been disconnected so you can understand that the customers she sees daily are not happy ones.
Yet, this does not change her attitude or the professional service she gives. She is always friendly, always smiles and most of all, she is polite and really helps where she possibly can.
To you Catrine, I really want to give a big thank you for always going above and beyond and I pray you stay the person you are. We need more people like you.
