What explanation can be given to us in respect of the three weeks no service and the wheelie bin problem?

According to an article in your newspaper dated March 1, only wheelie bins will be emptied as from March 5.

Can you please explain how residents will fit three weeks of no refuse removal bags into one wheelie bin.

Why are we being targeted like this and how can the municipality not fetch our refuse which is being debited every month from our municipal bills? We do not get refunded for three weeks of no service.

What explanation can be given to us in respect of the three weeks no service and the wheelie bin problem?

We are being issued, according to your article, with new dates but when do they fetch the backlog still lying on our residential pavements?
