Long grass cut after just one email

I live in Birchleigh. For almost four months the grass was not mowed. I emailed the call centre on April 17 and was assisted by Lerato Tshetlo, very efficient.

And guess what, I drove home a few days later and the grass was cut. Well done and a heartfelt thank you to her and the grass cutting team.

My experience with call centres is that sometimes they are just message takers and never act. This was an impressive service and I am proud of the central call centre initiative for complaints. It is working.

We have short, neat grass, children can play, walk the dogs and the criminals have no place to hide anymore.
