It has now been almost a month or maybe more that we always have to request the municipality to remove the refuse.
Since the introduction of wheelie bins we are battling to receive a service from the municipality. Every time we request removal it only happens two to four days after the scheduled day.
Our neighbourhood always contacts the councillor in our area and he tries his best but is also struggling to get any results.
Where do we live: Gladioli, Gardenia, Varing, Rose, Du Plessis, Buchu and Poplar streets, across from Palm Butchery behind the park.
Refuse is supposed to be removed each Monday and to date nothing has happened, with numerous complaints.
