Netcare 911 paramedics walk the extra mile

The world needs more guys like you saving lives.

ANDREA LOTTER of Kempton Park writes:

My family and I would like to take this opportunity to thank three special men: Netcare paramedics who drove Ambulance A120 and response Vehicle RV28 on August 22.

These three men stood by my family and I on mentioned morning, assisting us to the very end, even after patient (my mom) was handed over at the hospital.

My mom went into shock due to severe blood loss and high blood sugar. These three paramedics were at our house within seconds to assist my mom and they were with us every step of the way since 5.30am, supporting us even when we were shown away at certain hospitals due to doctors refusing to assist us.

From the Lotter family, we would like to thank you three. We cannot put into words how grateful we are. You guys knew the challenges we faced that day and you supported us all the way, even when your shifts were over.

You guys had no obligation towards us after my mom was signed over but still chose to stay and kept us and my mom calm. We will forever be grateful for what you guys did that day. The world needs more guys like you saving lives.

A million thanks from the Lotter family, Andries, Nicole, Charissa, Jessica and I.
