Having just moved from Edleen to Brentwood Park we had to cancel our rates and taxes account and change our address at the licensing department for our car.
What a pleasure. We dealt with Pumi at the deposit accounts to cancel our account and then went to the licensing area to change our address for our car. We did that with a gentleman called Fabian. They were both fantastic and helpful.
After all the complaints we have heard over recent times, we were pleasantly surprised considering the place was busy at the time. The helpfulness and pleasantness we received were appreciated.
