When are they getting refuse bins?

FRED ELS STREET RESIDENT writes:

We on Fred Els Street in Norkem Park are fed-up asking these people to get wheelie bins like the rest of us.

These refuse bags have now been piling up for at least six months. We have asked them to take their refuse to the municipal transfer station and this had also been ignored.

We will soon be infested by rats and what’s more, dogs and plastic collectors open the bags every week and the rubbish is blown to neighbours’ front gates, which is very annoying.

Ekurhuleni waste department and health department was contacted and they are not interested in this matter.
