We live in Birch Acres. We have tried that number several times with no success. We went away for a couple of days in October and my son stayed in our home to look after it.
Neighbours diagonally behind us had one of their many parties with very loud music and noise. At 2am my son phoned, complaining about the noise. He was informed that the neighbours were not breaking the law. The music only stopped about two hours later.
Friends of ours have experienced the same problem. Is there perhaps another number we could try instead?
