No trouble at licensing centre, says Pretoria resident

I would like to compliment and thank Gerrie van Rensburg and his team at Kempton Park Licensing Centre, Alpheus Mokwalakwala and his assistant Tshepo, and Baby at the cashier’s desk for their excellent service during the renewal of our driver’s licences.

We made online bookings, but were told upon arrival the systems were almost completely offline.

We spoke to Mr van Rensburg who referred us to Mr Mokwalakwala. Mr Mokwalakwala, in spite of his battle and frustrations with the system, maintained a positive attitude and went out of his way to assist us and process our applications.
