Management must look after Kempton Library

JEANETTE GUNNINGHAM, secretary of The Friends of the Kempton Park Libraries, writes:

On behalf of the committee of the Friends of the Kempton Park Libraries, we would like to express our deep concern on the condition of Kempton Park Library.

This is the main library in Kempton Park and as such this library has a fine reference centre and study facilities. The security and use of the facilities need to be monitored.

We hope management has taken note of the “Kempton Library a mess” (February 14) article and now that it is in the public domain, will do their utmost to rectify this very disturbing situation and restore this library to one which we can be proud of.
