Added to this problem is the on-going refuse collection problem. We, in Norkem Park, had no collection for three weeks and then it was collected on the Wednesday instead of the Tuesday.
I am an old lady and have to repeatedly lift heavy bags into my car to take to the dump (which is not always safe). Also, I am paying for this service on a pension but I am doing the work.
Please let the public know what is happening and how we are supposed to contact the municipality.
