Why are we still paying for services?

Who will pay us for all the extra costs we incurred because of all the services that are not provided as promised?

JOHAN writes:

I am writing this as a protest against all the increases that we are being billed from this month onward.

Last week, we were told the black bins must be outside at a certain time as everything is running on a tight schedule now. This did not even last a week as they are already a day late in Edleen.

I do not want to hear about maintenance, strikes, etc., as we all pay our rates and taxes and electricity, although I am on prepaid as I use alternative energy sources for my household use, which includes the geyser.

My question to our municipality is, who will pay us for all the extra costs we incurred because of all the services that are not provided as promised? We must make alternative arrangements to get this done.

Now you still think all the increases are valid = poor service delivery.

I am just asking.
