Doing licensing business on the pavement

There are serious problems that have to be addressed.

ANONYMOUS from Van Riebeeck Park writes:

I have never heard of any other place that conducts its business outside of the building, except Kempton Park Licensing Centre.

To renew your licence, you have to stand outside with no place to sit except the pavement.

I stood in the sun for more than two hours before a man came out of the building to collect about 10 papers before disappearing back into the building.

Forty-five minutes later he came back with the licences and then collected another 10 papers.

When this new system was implemented it was stated “no more waiting in long queues”. What a joke.

If this is how the new system works, there are serious problems that have to be addressed.
