Service delivery is an utter shame

The service we are charged for by the metro leaves much to be desired.

Let me state at the outset that the service we are charged for by the metro leaves much to be desired.

I am shocked at the arrogance of the staff members and their taunting and aggressive attitude, as if just waiting on a response from the customer.

Not only does the wheelie bin get left in the middle of the driveway, or on the neighbour’s lawn, but the absolute mess they are willing to leave behind in the street, right in front of me, is a total shame of effective service delivery.
