Dream teams come out tops

THE Top Ten Kickboxing Team Challenge was hosted at Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre recently.

This was the first ever team challenge to be held in South Africa.

More than 100 kickboxing teams from all over South Africa enrolled for this prestige event, which made this tournament a huge success.

The dream team consisted of some of the best kickboxers in South Africa and the results showed why.

The women’s dream teams, consisting of three kickboxers each, came first for semi-contact as well as light-continuous.

The men’s dream team, consisting of six kickboxers, came first for semi-contact and light-continuous.

All the dream teams were coached by shihan Danie du Plessis from ISFO Glen Marais.
