Women’s league soccer to be brought to Tembisa

South African Girl Child is empowered through a soccer league tournament.

Captain SA Elias Sibeko is inviting Tembisa residents to come and watch talent at ladies soccer league tournaments he will stage throughout 2019.

He said Gauteng Young Vision empowers South African Girl Child through the soccer league tournaments.

“We promote healthy living and recreation in the society.

“The tournament is aimed at the highest level, where it will be consisting of four teams for a day.

“Teams expected are from Ikusasa Comprehensive Secondary School, Boitumelong Secondary School, South African Girl Child (Tembisa branch) and South African Girl Child (Daveyton branch) under Gauteng Young Vision,” Sibeko explained.

He said Gauteng Young Vision events calendar will be completed soon and dates will be communicated to the community through The Tembisan.
