All radio-control speedsters welcome for the new season

Speedsters and remote-control car enthusiasts better gear up because local club CF Racing will kick off its race season on March 2.

Anyone with a remote-control car or a keen interest in the hobby is invited to join the club at the Grasslands Golf Academy in President Pretorius Road, Benoni, from 8am until 4pm. All ages are welcome.

“Some of the cars can reach a speed of up to 160km/h,” said local club member Frikkie Jansen van Vuuren.

This year the club will celebrate its ninth birthday. Members meet once a month.
