Kempton’s Payne to go for glory again
HWA will host an event on March 30 for wrestling legend Thierry Middoux to raise funds for his medical bills
Kempton Park resident and Honour Wrestling Association (HWA) wrestler Hector Payne will have another opportunity to take the HWA South African Championship as HWA honours wrestling legend.
Payne, a member of the “We” faction and former combined HWA world heavyweight champion, will go up against current HWA South African champion The Bandit and HWA newcomer Ultimate Nathan.
The Bandit and Payne have been involved in a long rivalry over the HWA South African championship title, but Payne recently had his focus on silencing Ultimate Nathan, who does not have a problem expressing his extra large ego.
HWA will host an event on March 30 for wrestling legend Thierry Middoux to raise funds for his medical bills. Middoux has a wrestling career spanning over two decades and is a former HWA world champion.
The event will take place at Dinwiddie Sports Club on the corner of Cheam and Ingleton roads in Alberton. Tickets are R30 a person.
