ESP Piranhas swim into regional win

All the ESP coaches, Debbie Mcgee, Tertia Biffi and Liz Humphrey, were present to back the team.

The ESP Piranhas won the Aquatic Gauteng Level One Regional Championships swum over two days at the Hillcrest pool in Pretoria.

Kyle McKenzie used his experience to lead this young, inexperienced team, with the assistance of Charlotte Malaza as ESP team manager.

All the ESP coaches, Debbie Mcgee, Tertia Biffi and Liz Humphrey, were present to back the team.

ESP Piranhas scored 1 772 points, securing 13 first places, 13 second places and 16 third places. The relays collected another five first places, one second and two third positions.

The balance of the points was scored from swimmers making a top-eight time in their age group.

The team members were Angelo Santana, Ethan Hutton, Dylan Hutton, Lwandle Masango, Callah Barnes, Oratile Matli, Roxanne Coetzee, Mosidi Kgaswe, Oratile Ndawo, Tinashe Senseko, Kaitlyn Immelman, Quamar Ngqawana, Tristin Foley, Erin Longhurst, Ona Matli, Leo Vollenbroek, Graham Peacock, Xivono Chauke, Mogale Kgaswe and Kyle McKenzie.
