Highlands Park to face Celtic at Makhulong Stadium on Saturday
Highlands Park have finally found their lucky scoring boots
Following their 2-0 victory against Uthongathi FC in the Nedbank Cup, Highlands Park will turn their attention to the Absa Premiership, with the hope to continue their good form.
The Lions of the North are taking on Bloemfontein Celtic tomorrow afternoon (February 15) at Makhulong Stadium.
Currently on position eight on the Premiership table, Highlands Park will be looking to collect maximum points and keep on climbing the ladder.
The home team won their last league encounter on February 1, when they beat Baroka FC 1 – 0.
After dropping some points in their first few opening games, Highlands Park have finally found their lucky scoring boots and they are scoring goals and winning games again.
At one point they dropped down to the 10th place on the table but their recent form has seen them climbing back up to the 8th spot with 26 points.
They are playing against a formidable side, Bloemfontein Celtic, who are coming to this game having played to a one-all draw against Chippa United.
Bloemfontein Celtic are currently on position nine with 25 points after 19 games. A draw or a win here will see them climbing up the ladder to position seven.
