Kempton Park FC rakes up a league win
Kempton Park FC U8 won a league match against Boksburg FC.
On August 13, Kempton Park FC took on Boksburg in a U8 league match.
Kempton drew first blood courtesy of Musa Zulu but Boksburg hit back with a goal from Bokang Masekoameng.
The teams went into the break tied at 1-1.
In the second half, Boksburg created more goalscoring chances but could not convert any.
Bokamoso Masebe netted a stunning free kick to give Kempton Park a 2-1 win.

Kempton Park FC U8 Coach Kanu Masebe said it’s been a tough season so far.
“The boys were acclimatising to the new conditions. The pitch is bigger now so they have to run harder and longer but I’ve seen progress in the team,” he said.
Team manager Boipelo Masebe spoke on what it’s like to work with the young boys.
“We’ve been with this particular group from U/6. To watch them grow and develop is a great blessing.

“All the coaches and managers at Kempton Park FC are volunteers, so we all put in our time.
“We develop them, we help them grow and it’s nice to see them learn football and play together as a team,” she said.
