Kempton Park Road Runners host annual Valentine’s Day 5km and 10km

The Kempton Park Road Runners invite residents to take part in their annual Valentine’s Day run on February 14.

The popular event will begin at 07:00 at the Bosa Restaurant, Glen Acres Shopping Centre.

Frits Klaver, club chairperson, said entry is free, and participants could choose between a 5km or 10km route, both supported by water tables, making it perfect for casual runners and seasoned athletes alike.

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, runners are encouraged to wear red and bring a running partner.
