99% Zulu Comedy show celebrates 10 years

The 10th year anniversary show will take place at Carnival City

SOUTH Africa’s longest running and sought-after vernacular stand-up comedy show, 99% Zulu Comedy marks its 10 year milestone with a celebratory show at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena on September 18.

The show starts at 8pm and promises up to the minute laughs with top comedians including Felix Hlophe, Tsoro, Siyanda Maphumulo, Ndumiso Lindi, Sifiso Nene, Donovan Goliath and Qatha Khuzwayo.

One of the main enhancing factors about the coming show is the incorporation of music and other forms of comedy.

South Africa’s most loved township hip hop artist, Pitch Black Afro, will grace the stage taking the audience back to national hits like “Ntofo-ntofo”, “Never Let You Go” and many others for which he has won many national awards.

“The 99% Zulu Comedy Show has an excellent track record for delivering authentic and side-splitting South African humour. If you’ve somehow missed the previous shows, don’t miss this one. If you have seen the show before, come and experience a totally different production from what you’ve seen before. You are promised brand new material from this fantastic collaboration of funny men as they mark the show’s 10th anniversary,” said Matthew Cook, Carnival City entertainment and events manager.

Tickets are available at Computicket.
